accessing database

Hi,

I am attempting to open the database, but am prevented
because 'The database has been placed in a state by
user 'Admin' on machine ... that prevents it from being
opened or locked.'

I just had the program open and was adjusting the form. I
closed it to show another employee what I had done on
their computer that is also accessing the program. I came
back and attempted to reopen it and the above message
occurred. Any ideas how to get it back open?
