accessing deleted work

i have been working on this paper for 2 hours and i accidently pressed
something that made the entire document delete. i didnt save it before hand
because i just wanted to get it done. i really need that information back
casue i dont have time to redo the whole thing. is there any way i can get it
back?

If it was never saved, no it is gone forever. It takes microseconds to save
a new empty document: save as soon as you create a new document and
regularly press Ctrl+S.
