Accessing financial periods from PSI

Is there a way to read financial periods from PSI (for Project Server
2007)? I am looking at the Admin Web service, but am not able to find
anything. Thanks!

I found a few references in Microsoft.Office.Project.Server.Library -
PSDBTable.MSP_WEB_FISCAL_PERIODS, also PSDBField.WFISCAL*

But I am not sure how to read data and populate these structures...
