Accessing Help in Outlook & Word 2003 generates many HHCTRL events

Allan

Every time I access help in Outlook 2003 I get multiple instances of the
following event:

The description for Event ID ( 1904 ) in Source ( HHCTRL ) cannot be found.
The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message
DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use
the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for
details. The following information is part of the event:
http://office.microsoft.com/assista...C010230001033&QueryID=IFd922Fo0&respos=4&rt=2,
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkID=45840.

This happens on all the PCs in our house and from reading other posts it
appears to come from some security patch that affects hhctrl.ocx.

Funny thing is it appears to only happens in Outlook and Word- not in Excel!

Anybody know a fix for this or do I have to live with it.
