Accessing internet explorer while in Outlook

In earlier versions of Outlook I could access IE favorites directly from a
pull down while in Outlook. With the new version I cannot see how to do
this. Suggestions? Thanks.

AFAIK you can't. Why would you want to? Outlook is not a web browser....

Show the web toolbar and/or add the Favorites menu to the toolbar.
