Accessing Mpp hangs in the browser

Hi
I am trying to upload data from MPP 2003 to sql server using an asp.net
application.
When i get the below mentioned error while trying to upload data from mpp
thru a ie browser,
[ at System.Data.Common.IDBInitialize.Initialize() at
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection.InitializeProvider() at
System.Data.OleDb.OleDbConnection.Open() at
System.Data.Common.DbDataAdapter.QuietOpen(IDbConnection connection, ]
after this when any one tries to upload data the browser hangs and doesnot
read data from mpp.
If this error occurs have to restart the server to start accessing the mpp
details again. Any other solution please.Any solution please.
