Accessing Office On Line ..

After updating to XP I noticed that windows office is listed in Programs, but
when I click it nothing happens. The only way I can access it is thru MSN
site or a newsletter.Is this right?

What is "Windows Office?" What version of Office are you using? Office
should be installed and run locally with no connection to MSN except
Messenger integration in Outlook.
