Accessing Outlook from Access 2002

Hi - I am using Access 2002 and have the folowwing references set
Micorsoft Access DAO Object library
Microsoft Outlook 10.0 Object library
Microsoft Office 10.0 Object libray
and get a message that a .dll is not loading when I sue this line
set lons = ol.getNamespace("MAPI")
any ideas?
