Accessing Outlook from another PC

How can I setup PC1's Outlook to be accessible from another PC? IOW,
how can scheduling, contact info be entered into Outlook on PC1 from PC2
and PC3?

Other than slipstick, is there anything else that does NOT require an
Exchange server? It's bad enough that Outlook is involved. I don't
want to compound it with Exchange.
