Accessing Project Server after installation

J

Josh Crozier

I can't get to the homepage for Project Server since
installing. The staff thinks it is related to IIS, but I
would assume PS set up the IIS configuration during
installation. Any ideas on how I can access to start Admin
setup?

Project Server should have created a site in either the
Default or Administrative website in the Intepub
directory. You can right click on the one you chose to
verify which folder in the wwwroot directory it's pointing
to.

Also, Project Server should have created a shortcut in
your Programs listing that will take you to the PS Admin
website. You can also try typing http://localhost/ in IE
to see if it comes up. If it doesn't, Project Server is
not setup as your default website or the directory path is
wrong.

If all else fails, uninstall PS, uninstall IIS, then re-
install them with IIS first then PS.
