Accessing Public Folders when offline

Hi,
I am running Outlook 2000 on Win XP. Our office has a
Public Folder in Outlook for our Client Contacts. When I
am offline I can't access it - it says 'Unable to display
folder'. However I can access my Personal Contacts. Is
there any way to access the Public Folder?
