Accessing Resource Custom Fields Lookup Table Values (PSI)

Hello,

I am trying to programmatically access resource custom fields lookup
table values. For example, if I have defined an enterprise custom
field called Languages, with a lookup table called Language
(containing entries C#, C++, JavaScript, Java, etc) on which multiple
values can be selected, I might have John with C#, C++, and
JavaScript .

I need to get access to those values.

The MSP_EpmResource_UserView view in the reporting database only
contains single value custom fields tacked on to the end of the
view.

I can't seem to find anything in the PSI what will retrieve those
values either.

Please help.
