I have been trying to access the MS outlook 2002 calendar
within a form in Access XP. I have been able to import
the Outlook view control OCX into a form and been able to
link to the Calendar table within Outlook from within
Access. I have two problems;
First, not all the necessary fields within the outlook
calendar are showing up. What I do get are what looks like
the standard fields from the e-mail table... (i.e. CC, To,
From, Body etc...) no Day/week/month, Active Appointments,
etc... fields. Secondly, I am unable to switch the view
from Inbox to Calendar within the activex container. I
think maybe the problem is that I need to re-register the
OVCTL.OCX but I can't seem to find it in the system. ANy
idea where it is and if it's not there where I can get a
copy?
