Accessing the "Lag" field

I want to create a filter to identify all tasks with lag, but neither "[Lag]"
nor "Lag" are recognized as a legitimate field, even though it is so used in
the task information predecessors dialog box, Is there a way to access this
field?

You have discovered that there is no Lag field in Microsoft Project, nor is
there a Lead field either (opposite of Lag). To create a Filter to test for
a Lag value, simply use test criteria such as follows:

Predecessors Contains +
Or Successors Contains +

In fact, if you use the exact set of criteria shown above, the Filter will
return each pair of tasks that have any type of Lag time relationship. You
can test for Lead time by testing for a minus (-) symbol in the Predecessors
and/or Successors fields as well. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Dale. Interesting clue to the data management within MSP.
