AccessViolationException with Visio Drawing Control 2003

I'm having problem using the Visio Drawing Control with a RichTextBox on the
same form.

Add the Visio Control and a RichTextBox to the form. Press Ctrl+F to
display the Find Dialog. The following message is displayed:

"Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication
that other memory is corrupt"

Take away the RichTextBox and the Find Dialog is displayed just fine. Is
this a known issue?
