AccessXP and Access2000 residing on same PC

I have a PC running WindowsXP and OfficeXP. I need to
install Access2000 since I have several users sharing an
Access2000 file; but only 2 are running OfficeXP. Does
anyone know if these 2 apps can reside on the same PC in
harmony and if so; do I just install Access 2000 to a
different path? Or are there other complications I need
to be aware of ?

I am looking also to install Access 2003 and have it run
as well as Access 2000 on the same computer. The last
post about KB 241141 did not make any sense considering
it is refering to Access 2000 and Access 97 and not
Access 2003 and Access 2000 on an XP system. Thank you
in advance.
