accidental deletion

I deleted my microsoft office for Windows 98 when I was
trying to find more disk space. Word is gone, I can't
access or open any of my documents, and I can't find my
original ofice cd. I have upgraded to Windows ME, what do
I have to do to get my program back? Buy another office
program?

If your version was Office 97, yes, you will have to purchase another Office
suite as Microsoft no longer has replacement media for Office 97.
