Accidentally deleted a personal folder. Lost files

Please help me with this situation. I exported files from another program
and it appeared that i had 2 personal folders. I was trying to delete the
folder i did not need when i realized too late that i deleted the wrong
personal folder. Now i lost all my calendar, contact and details. Is there
a way to get this folder back???????????

You'll need to post more accurately what you did. It is not possible to
delete a PST file from within Outlook. What would "exporting files from
another program" have to do with this?

2 days ago i transfered files from another computer into outlook. I
accidently created another personal folder(I am not sure how I did that) and
so i wanted to delete the other personal folder. Instead I deleted the wrong
folder that had my calendar, contacts etc...

The other personal folder still remains but it is not the one i wanted to
keep. When i was deleting the personal folder it did give me a warning that
i could not get it back. I ignored it since i thought i was deleting the
undesirable folder.

Again, you cannot delete a Personal Folder from Outlook. You can only close
it. Therefore it remains on your hard drive. Find it an open it again.
Exporting and importing are never the correct way to transfer Outlook data.
That's why you ended up with duplicate PST files.
