Accidentally deleted mail profile Please help!

I accidentally erased the default mail profile and now the Add Profile
Wizard doesn't work at all. When I click the button to add a profile,
the system is unresponsive. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

I'm not sure which profile you talking about here. Try walk me
through how you get to Add Profile Wizard?

Also try this

1) Open Outlook, go to Tools, then Options.
2) Click Mail Setup tab, then Data Files button.
3) Click Add, and create a new data file.
4) Close, then Close again to exit into main Outlook window.
5) Click Tools, E-Mail Accounts, Next.
6) Make sure data file you just created is selected under Deliver new
e-mail to...

So sorry. I was trying to set up an Exchange account on Outlook, so I
was going to the Mail Control Panel. It was there that I was trying to
create a new profile.

Outlook won't even start now, and it says I need to go to the Mail
Control Panel and set up a profile.
