Accidentally deleted Outlook Data during PDA Sync. How recover dat

Had to perform a hard reset of my Dell Pockey PC/PDA after battery failure.
When reinstalling "Active Sync", the "rules" were set up to update Outlook
files from the PDA to the Desktop instead of the reverse.

Therefore, the"blank" PDA files eliminated the extensive Microsoft Outlook
files previously held on the desktop computer.

Is there any way to retrieve them, esp. the calendar, tasks, notes and
contacts?

Only if you have the files backed-up somewhere else, or if they're in the
re-cycle bin..
