Accidentally Deleted Text. NEED HELP

Hi, I was working in a Word Document and I guess accidentally deleted all my work. I thought it was just a different window though so I saved changes to the document and then quit. Now when I open the document where I had done all my work it is blank. Is there any way to get my text back? And if so how?

Thanks

Sorry: There is no way to get back text after you have closed the document,
unless you had enabled "Always make backup" in Preferences.

If you did, you would see the backup file beside the document in your
folder. You might want to turn that on for next time :)

Cheers
