accidentaly deleted different folder

yesterday i was arranging my folders, as most of u i'm sure i have several
folders seperated for each contacts i wanted to delete a folder that i was no
longer in need of when accidentaly i deleted my all folders coz they were
joined with the + sign now all my emails are gone can anyone help, is there a
way to get them back????
by the way in the menu when i click on the go and choose the folder i can
see my folders names but when i click on them it gives me a message saying
that the selected folder could not be found:(

If the missing folders are in Deleted Items they can be restored, if not
you've lost them.

no i would have restored if they were in the deleted items, thanks anyway so
i can't have them.

They won't appear in your Deleted Items folder if you click on Deleted Items.
Instead, Deleted Items will become the parent folder and there will be a plus
sign to its left. Expand that plus sign and you should see the folders in the
Folder List view of the Navigation Pane.
