accidently deleted all my toolbars in Ootlook 2003, how do I rest

I accidently deleted all my toolbars in Ootlook 2003, how do I restore them.
I do not have a way to customize because the tool menu is not present. I cant
send email . Please help

Try deleting or renaming the outcmd.dat file on your system, then restart Outlook. That file contains Outlook's toolbar customizations.
