Account | Business Contacts Sub-form damaged, how to repair???

In the Accounts form, there is a Business Contacts group sub-form or region
with a table of linked Business Contacts for that Account. I have an
installation where the first two fields (Primary & Name) do not show. This is
a default form and I haven't found a way to access or modify the form. Any
ideas?

Try deleting
C:\Users\"UserName"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT
file and see if that fixes the issue.

Please not "UserName" in the file location above should be your computer
user name
