Account does not exist

Using Outlook2003 connecting to an Exchange Server, I have a user continually
experiencing a problem forwarding mail to another user on the same exchange
server. The sender continually gets the following message

"The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(e-mail address removed) on 10/18/2006 9:42 AM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.
<xxxxx.com #5.1.1>"
The problem is only between these 2 users, nobody else has the problem.
