account does not have permissions to log on

Hi i have a Project Server 2003 is configured to allow only Project Server
user authentication. it was Windows Authentication Only i am admin and did
change my account to server log in, now i can't login and administrator
password is not working. i have access to the sql server data base, is there
a way to over came this problem?
