Andre
Guys I need a help with Outlook 2007.
I have an IMAP account folder that I can't close (right click -> Close)
because Outlook says it is associated with an e-mail account. The problem is:
I can't see its e-mail account on Tools -> Mail Accounts. When I was creating
that account Outlook crashed, so something must have been lost.
I tried running the Office Diagnostics Tool, I tried running the scanpst.exe
tool (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12) on all my pst files and the
folder is still there on the navigation pane. I tried removing it from the
Mail Profiles on Control Panel, nothing. It always says that the pst file is
currently associated with an account and won't let me remove it.
I have even tried to recreate the same account with the same e-mail and
everything, but Outlook will simply create a new folder and a new pst file
with a different number (and that can be removed, when I remove the account).
Could someone help me remove this account folder, please?
Thank you very much,
Andre
