account is locked or maintenance

Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Hi

I have 3 emails i use. After adding the last 2 things worked fine. All of a sudden i was not able to download email from the 2 new emails, I can send, not receive. I get a msg that says the account is locked or maintenance is being performed.

I got it to work the other day when I called charter and did an upgrade of my router and a bunch of stuff, but now, problems again.

Anyone have a solution?

Call your ISP. Be sure you get the advanced setting requirements. SSL, Port
authentication etc.

It could be your router is at fault.

the fix was turning the mail off my iphone, which kind of defeats the purpose.

have had nothing but trouble trying to sync my iphone with entourage via apple prgms.
