Account Problems

I recently had to recoover someones outlook 2007 messages and account
information.

The messages /notes/ reminders and appointments etc have imported fine , he
recently moved his wifes email account onto her laptop.

The wierd thing is , even though his wifes account isn't listed on his PC
any more , outlook is still downloading mail from her account as it shows in
the send/receive dialog.

Does anyone know where else this information is stored and how I can remove
it from being downloaded.

Tools-> Account Settings...

If it isn't listed there you should create a new mail profile;
