Account will not send "Unknown error -18493" Entourage 2004

User cannot send an e-mail to local (on intranet) address. receives
"Unknown error -18493," message is properly addressed and has 3 PDF
attachments totaling under 3MB. Message sits in outbox.
Any ideas on cause. Entourage 2004 11.1.1.
