in QuickBooks 2006 Premier when you send an invoice, (a) it is sent as an
attachment and (b) there is a customizable invoice letter template that uses
the Customer's name (etc.) to automatically fill out a form letter (including
your sig) that tells the client "Hey! This is an invoice from me!" or
whatever you want your template to say.
Office Accounting 2007 has templates for the invoices....why not for the
body of the letter?
While I'm at it....why does it only put the word invoice in the subject?
Can't we be a little more descriptive there - for the sake of the client.
(Hell, a Discussion group for Microsoft Accounting Professional 2007 in the
drop down at the top of this "Post your suggestion" form would be a good
idea. - MOAP is starting to look like another MS bastard.)
