Accounting 2007 Express Print Invoice with "PAID" Displayed

When printing out an invoice that has already been paid how come "PAID" is
not displayed anywhere in case you want to print a receipt. I did also not
see a way to put in total amount owed field on the invoice in case a customer
does not pay in full. Is there a way to do either one of these? Microsoft
