You may want to post this in the MS Office Accounting newsgroup using the link below and include the version of Windows you're
using, the steps you're following to install, the country settings for your PC (Accounting Express 2007 is currently U.S. only), and
the Office Programs and versions you have installed. OWC11, listed in the log, are the Office Web Components for Office 2003 which
may have been installed via a download or as part of Office 2003.
