I have Office Accounting Pro 2008 installed and have set up a company. I have
enabled the multiuser ability and setup users. I installed Accounting Pro
2008 as just a client on another computer. The username and password on the
client computer matches a user on the computer where the full version of
Accounting Pro 2008 is installed. The client has access to the server and to
the multiuser .sbc file. When I try to open the company file from the client
I get an error telling me that the file doesn't exist, cannot make a
connection, etc. (I am at work so I don't have the wording for the error in
front of me).
I have followed all the instructions on how to set this up that I can find
and have not been able to make it work.
I appreciate all help I can get on this as I have been working on this
problem for a few weeks now.
