Accounts Function Missing under Tools Menu

I use Outlook 2000 on a W2000 network. All my friends who
use O2000 have a function called accounts under the tools
menu. No PC on our network has this function. It's
nowhere to be found. I want to use this function so I can
send emails with large attachments. Appreciate any
advice.

why do you need Accounts to send large attachments?

I think you are working in corporate and workgroup mode
on your network. Change to internet mode and Accounts
will be available.
