Accounts Property Dialog does not display

Hi
I have set-up my MS outlook 2000 in Internet Email only mode. But when I
click Tools --> Accounts nothing happents no accounts property dialog
appears. So I can not add my internet email account.
I tried in other set-up mode i. e. I set up the outlook iun
Corporate/exchange server mode and added a Internet email service but the
property dialog for the internet email services did not duisplayed either.

Does any one have a solution to this problem? Please
