After upgrading from Win 98 to WinXP, I can no longer use
Outlook 2002. I am trying to re-configure my e-mail
accounts, but when I click Tools|E-mail accounts, I get
an "operation failed due to a registry or installation
problem" error message. I have tried re-starting, re-
installing, and creating new mail profiles, all to no
avail. What needs to be done to have access to Tools|E-
mail accounts?
