Accumulated Percentage within a Pivot table....CAN ANYONE HELP?!?!

I posted a general question a couple months ago regarding trying to create
running totals of calculated percentages within a pivot table. So far I have
gotten ZERO replies. Does this mean no one has read it, or does it mean my
request is unrealistic?

The standard pivot table functionality allows me to calculate running totals
of numbers but not percentages. Is there a tip or trick that someone can
throw my way to calculate these values within the pivot table?

I do not know Pivot tables but you can not total percentages.
Example --
5 out of 100 = 5%
9 out of 10 = 90%
1 out of 20 = 5%
15 130 100
15 out of 130 = 11.538%

Is this what you want to do?

Hey Karl,
Not exactly. Below is my spreadsheet. Basically what I'm trying to do
is accumulate my percentages that are already being calculated within the
pivot table. As you can see the #N/A are what I'm trying to get.

Mth Data 1 Mth 2 Mths 3 Mths 4 Mths 5 Mths 6Mths
Jan Orders 10 8 6 4 1 4
Accm Ords 10 18 24 28 29 33
Percent 12% 10% 7% 5% 1% 5%
Accm Per #N/A #N/A #N/A #N/A #N/A #N/A
Feb Orders 7 5 5 14 4 9
Accm Ords 7 12 17 31 35 44
Percent 8% 6% 6% 16% 5% 11%
Accm Per #N/A #N/A #N/A #N/A #N/A #N/A

Karl,
My spreadhseet below reflects the number of orders that meet certain
criteria such as created within a given number of days of Due date. What I
am trying to show is the accumulated % of orders in each of these time
periods. For example, in Jan there were 10 orders created within 0-30 days
(1 mth) of due date...this is 12% of all orders. There were another 8 orders
created within 31-60 days (2 mths) which is 10% of all orders. Another 6
orders (7%) were created within 61-90 days (3 mths). So, in Jan there were
'N' orders created and of these orders 29% (12 + 10 + 7) were created within
90 days of due date. So what I want is to display in my pivot table and
graphically the accumulated numbers of orders and accumulated percentage of
orders that fall into each of these categories.

So, in Jan there were 'N' orders created and of these orders 29% (12 + 10 +
7) were created within 90 days of due date.
As I said you can not add persentages like you are trying unless the group
sizes are all the same.
You have to recompute for each. Total production versus those that were
within due date requirement.
