Accured Vacation Formula

I need help in calculating accured vacation for 200 employees. I created most
of our spreadsheets here at work from scratch. We calculate the vac. times
based from the hired date.
after the
1st year anniversary- 40 hrs vacation
2nd - 80 " "
3rd - 80 " "
4th - 80 " "
5th - 120 " "
15thd - 160 " ".
Any unsused vacation will rollover.

What else does your spreadsheet have? Hire date? Fiscal year end date? Or
calculate vacation accrued to today? If unused vacation will roll over, how do
you know how much has already been taken?
