Acessing Share point document library on click event of visio shape

HI,

I am trying for following action, please guide me through acheiving
it.

On double click of visio shape from VBA macro the document should get
open which is stored in Share point document library.

Please provide me the code sample for the same and the details of the
dll to be included.
