Acessing Templates

I have been unable to access temples or online help from within any office
2007 product for the past 5 days. Does anyone know what is going on?

I am using Office 2007
Vista Ultimate

I am guessing this has to do with the WatchGuard product, but have added the
exceptions I thought I needed to (office.microsoft.com/*) but still not
working.

Could be your firewall is not allowing you into the Office site. Check it to
see. Can you accept the ActiveX component?

Have you cleared your Internet temporary cache lately? In Internet Explorer,
tools, Internet Options, delete, delete files.

Put the Office in your trusted area. In Internet Explorer, tools, security tab,
high-light the trusted sites, click sites. Clear "Require server verification
(https:) for all sites in this zone."
Type http://office.microsoft.com in the "Add this website to the zone:"
