Acessing VBA help error with Office 2003

I recently upgraded to Office 2003 Professional (from
Office XP Professional). Now, anytime I access a help
topic in VBA I get the following message:

CiceroUIWndFrame: msohelp.exe - Entry Point Not Fount
The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in
the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL.

I did not have this problem when I had Office XP
Professional installed.

Any suggestions?
