Acrobat toolbar

A coworker's seat of Access does not display the Adobe Acrobat toolbar. On my
system, this add-in toolbar is set to Utility 1. When she turns on Utility 1,
it is blank. Reinstalling Acrobat did not seem to help.

Does anyone have any tips on what may fix this problem?

does this just happen within Access or within any Office application?
