ACT! 2000 will not merge more than one document using Word2000

I am getting a "error 504, fenêtre n'existe pas" message when trying to merge
more than one contact from an ACT! 2000 database.
It works fine when I do one contact à a time...

I suspect this has something to do with VBA in word.

Anyone has some answers to correct this problem ?

Hi Dan,

The Act!2000 (Act! v5) merge features use an Add-in template that was first created by the then owners of Act! for use with MS Word
6. It's basically written in Wordbasic.

It's been tweaked by the current team since then but it can take some trial and error to get things to work smoothly, especially if
you're running any other addins with Word.

You may want to check with the Act! folks in the User Community through the http://act.com website.
