Act-addresses

I cannot get a clarify this with Act or Outlook's help sections. Can I
export address files from Act to my address book in Outlook? I am trying to
find a simple way of keeping the same address book for multiple users, but
Outlook will not allow sharing so I was hoping that I could keep the master
list in Act and transfer to each respective computer from Act in order to
keep everyone up to date.
