ACT file type missing from list for import to Outlook 2003

I have been importing ACT 6.0 into Outlook 2003 just fine. Now all of a
sudden, the ACT option is not on the list. Normally, I went to file,
import/export, import from another program... then select ACT (it was ACT 3.
4.or 5, but it always worked).
Now there is no ACT option available. I've tried re-installing ACT, but
that didn't work. Maybe I should reinstall Outlook?
