ACT! import database option isn't available in local version 2007

Hi,
Perhaps somebody has already met this problem ,that ACT! database import
option isn't available in the local (in my case Polish) release of Business
Contact Manager add-on to Outlook 2007? Or... I cannot find it? Comparing to
English version the list is just shorter.
How about other language versions?

To perform data transfer I try to download English trial, but it is not
available when loging in from here. Perhaps there is a file available for
download (with BCM of course, please!)

Finally I found file bcmimportutility.exe (after I applied SP1 to BCM this
file and configuration files were upgraded) and the conversion starts up,
however I get the log file messages:

"Type,Message,RowKey
Contact, Adres URL nie może być pusty.
Nazwa parametru: url, CONTACT: Pat Fojas Huffman"

The number of row pairs 2 & 3 above is equal to the number of records in the
database. The resulting *.bcm file from conversion is very short...:

In the current database - no, I tried.
Perhaps I should download and install temporarily English US outlook and
BCM, but how to get it? From MS website I get an answer that I selected no
product to the chart (I guess it verifies my IP location)...

I would suggest contacting your local Microsoft office and impressing
on them that import from ACT is important in their market and that
they should port the ACT import modules. I remember this coming up
when BCM was first released. The developers in the US had no idea what
the popular CRM applications in other countries were, and they didn't
have the resources to find out, nor write import modules for them.

For the main, en-US, release they did the import modules for ACT and
QB, and they architected the import system in such a way that anyone
(e.g. local Microsoft offices or 3rd parties) could write additional
import modules, drop them in a folder, and the import unitility would
detect them make them available.

Thank you! I did so, but they forwarded me to OEM provider, who is not
interested in providing service, but only selling computers (my computer +
software is OEM). Microsoft has 'nice girl's voice' but unfortunately doesn't
seem to listen - well, I'll try to contact Polish developers - this is a
programming task finally...
