actavate product (alredy actavated on another pc) ?

your product "office xp standers students and teachers (version 2002)" says
this proudct is alredy active on another pc. i beleve this is because we
dumped our entire pc and installed windoes xp profesonal (from home edition),
and i was wondering what to do.
