Hello All
I recently bought a version of Microsoft OneNote through
studentoptions(http://www.studentoptions.com/store...obalStores?id=CountrySelectorPage&SiteID=msft)
and I got the product downloaded and all.
Then I wanted to install the program but the activation key I got trhough
studentoptions was not working. I wrote and complained and they gave me a new
one and it still wasn't working.
I have been looking around at microsoft.com to try and find a place to ask
for hel, but everywhere I go it seems that support costs up to €72 and I am
certainly not going to pay for them to help me.
So, if they activation key is infact as it should be, what, on my computer,
could be the cause of it malfunctioning?
