I have a laptop w/ Win 98. I attemped to perform Windows
Update.

Pop-up window that says Unable to display page, Active X
display, due to security settings.

I went over to Control Panel> internet Options >Security
tab > Custom > Low

I also turned off my firewall too.

Same thing every time... Anyone have any suggestions...
